Eligibility and Documentation:
- Job Offer: Must be from an approved scale-up business for at least six months.
- Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS): Required from the employer.
- Salary Threshold: Minimum of £36,300 per year or the going rate.
- English Language Proficiency: Must be met.
- Financial Stability: Proof of at least £1,270 in savings for the first month.
Characteristics of Scale-Up Companies: Significant growth in employment or sales, with a minimum of ten employees at the start.
Employment Flexibility: Transition to unsponsored roles or self-employment after six months.
Visa Duration and Path to Permanent Residency: Initial two-year stay, extendable for an additional three years. Eligible for ILR after five years.
