- Financial Evidence: Proof of at least £1,270 in savings for the first month.
- English Language Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency through tests or qualifications.

- Assess Eligibility: Confirm job offer and CoS.

- Complete Online Application: Fill out the form, pay fees and upload documents.
- Biometric Appointment: Schedule and attend.
Benefits and Path to Permanent Residency: Allows work in the UK and leads to ILR after five years, followed by potential British citizenship.
