6. Warranties & Liability
We warrant that Goods:
Match their description.
Are of satisfactory quality.
Are fit for purpose (if you informed us of intended use).
We exclude liability for:
Indirect or consequential losses.
Any loss exceeding the contract value.
Failure to comply with laws outside the UK.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if not remedied within [X] days.
We may suspend supply for non-payment or insolvency.
