Terms of Business

2. Formation of Contract

3. Prices & Payment

- We may adjust prices for errors or changes in taxes/duties.
4. Delivery & Risk
- Delivery times are estimates only—we are not liable for delays beyond our control.
- Risk passes to you on delivery (or collection, if applicable).
- If you fail to accept delivery, we may charge storage fees or cancel the contract.
5. Returns & Refunds (Consumer Rights)
For Consumers (Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 & Consumer Rights Act 2015):
- You have 14 days to cancel for a full refund (unless Goods are personalised/perishable).
- Faulty Goods must be returned within 30 days for a full refund, or within 6 months for repair/replacement.
- For Businesses: Returns only accepted if agreed in writing.
6. Warranties & Liability
We warrant that Goods:
- Match their description.
- Are of satisfactory quality.
- Are fit for purpose (if you informed us of intended use).
We exclude liability for:
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Any loss exceeding the contract value.
- Failure to comply with laws outside the UK.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate for material breach if not remedied within [X] days.
- We may suspend supply for non-payment or insolvency.
8. Data Protection (UK GDPR)
- We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Governing Law & Disputes
