Eligibility & Requirements
Partners:
Must be aged 18+, intending to marry or enter a civil partnership within 6 months.
Financial Requirement:
Minimum gross annual income of £29,000.
Accommodation:
Evidence of suitable housing required.
Duration:
6 months for marriage or civil partnership, then a Spouse Visa for up to 33 months, extendable for 30 months.
English Language:
Proof through test or qualifications.

Costs (2024): £1,048 (UK) or £1,846 (outside UK); IHS £1,035 per year; Biometric Fee £19.20. Super Priority Service: £1,000.
Application Process

- 5. Interview: If required.
Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR): After 5 years on a combination of Fiancé and Spouse Visas.
Refusal Reasons: Public safety concerns, incomplete information, inadequate financial proof, etc.
