Partners:
Must be married, in a civil partnership, or in a long-term relationship.
Partner’s Status:
UK partners can be British, Irish citizens, or have settled status.
English Language:
CEFR A1 for initial application; A2 for extensions.
Duration:
Initially granted for up to 2 years and 9 months, with possible extensions and eventual Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).
Financial Requirement:
Combined gross annual income of at
least £38,700.
