Eligibility & Requirements
Partners:
Must have been in a genuine relationship for at least 2 years.
Financial Requirement:
Minimum gross annual income of £29,000 or savings over £16,000.
Duration:
Initially granted for up to 33 months, extendable for 30 months.
English Language:
CEFR A1 level.

Costs (2024): £1,048 (UK) or £1,846 (outside UK); IHS £1,035 per year; Biometric Fee £19.20. Super Priority Service: £1,000.
Application Process
- 1. Check Eligibility: Fill out online form.
- 2. Fees: Include application and IHS fees.
- 3. Biometrics: Attend appointment.
Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR): After 5 years of residence.
Refusal Reasons: Similar to other visas; include incomplete applications or insufficient proof.
