Our ethos is to first have a discussion about your matter and it is for that reason we offer a 20-minute free initial consultation to be able to discuss the case, and you will be under no obligation to become our client.

If we feel that you may benefit from a more detailed examination of your case, we will offer you a comprehensive and detailed consultation session whereby we will be able to discuss the best immigration route and the merits of the case.

Detailed Immigration Consultation

£250 – £500

An initial consultation allows you to discuss your circumstances with a member of our Immigration Team and understand the options that may be available to you.

The detailed consultation can include

  • Detailed discussion of your circumstances
  • Initial assessment of your immigration position
  • Advice on possible routes and requirements
  • Identification of key issues or potential difficulties
  • Advice on evidence and supporting documents
  • Explanation of recommended next steps
  • Written advice where included within the agreed service

The consultation fee does not include

Home Office or Tribunal fees, preparation or submission of an application, extensive correspondence with third parties, interpreters, translations, expert reports or Barrister's fees.

The precise fee depends on the circumstances of your matter and will be agreed with you before substantive work begins.

When you decide to engage with our services, the majority of our cases are undertaken on a fixed fee basis, and the costs will depend on the complexity of the case. On some occasions, it might be more appropriate for us to charge on an hourly basis. If you are subject to VAT, this will be added to the costs.

Our professional fees do not normally include third-party charges.

Third-party charges can vary depending on your circumstances and the service required. We will explain any relevant additional costs as part of your case assessment.

What Can Affect Your Legal Fee?

Every case is different. Your final fee may be affected by:

    Straightforward applications generally require less work than complex cases.

    Previous refusals, overstaying or other immigration issues may require additional legal analysis.

  • Supporting evidence

    Large volumes of evidence or missing documentation may increase the work required.

    Dependants and family members may require additional work.

Matters With No Standard Published Fee

Some immigration matters are highly dependent on the individual's circumstances and therefore cannot reasonably be represented by a single standard fee range.

These may include:
